Steve could potentially win this but it'll be an uphill battle for him I feel.

Adonis has a significant weight advantage so Steve needs to keep moving and avoid as many strikes as possible.

On the other hand, the odds are in Adonis's favour and Steve likely wouldn't be able to take too many of Adonis hits, which could be the key to a Creed victory.

Don't forget that Steve may be crazy strong while having friendly rivalry with Paul and Law. There's also KI in Tekken that boosts all of characters strength and even slowest Tekken chracters should be able to move with enough speed to avoid guns bullets for example so Steve should be way faster.
