I feel like Unknown may be strong enough to beat base Kazuya since she Jun beats Ogre and was recognized strong by Kazuya himself. Kazama purifying powers seem to be more powerful than Claudio powers since Jun made Jin the strongest character in the game. Unknown is most likely above regular Jun due to having Unknown demon who is most likely above likes of Jinpachi or True Ogre because she's a final boss and they are sub-bosses and can fight with Tag Teams but that's just speculation because Devil Jin is stronger than Jinpachi while Jinpachi is the final boss and Dvj is only sub-boss.
