Strength: 9/10 (she can be strong, surprisingly)

Wisdom/Intelligence: 10/10

Speed: 9/10 (pretty speedy, almost as fast as Fox McCloud)

Durability: 8/10 (she is pretty durable, but she can grow tired overtime)

Power: 7/10 (not as powerful as her mother Michelle, but she does sport some good power)

Combat Skills: 10/10 (skilled as her mother Michelle)

I’d give her a 9/10.

Inteligence - 9 (As a member of the research team he is undoubtedly a genius when it comes to technology and overall she's very smart person)

Strength - 3 (Doesn't seem to be strong compared to other characters but should be far above average human and can perform such feats as breaking walls)

Speed - 3,5 (Doesn't seem to be very fast compared to other characters but can dodge bullets and jump for a few dozen meters)

Durability - 3 (Comparable to his Strength)

Power - 2 (Doesn't have any other powers except for ki charge so she's allowed to use ki)

Combat Skills - 6 (She's quite skilled possibly suprassed Michelle in Baji Quan at her young age she also uses Xin Yi Liu He Quan mixed with wrestling moves where was good enough to even keep up with such pros like King although it's rather non-canon)

Overall rate - 4,41 (I don't see Julia being in top class in Tekken but despite her young age and little focus in her character she is doing quite well. She is certainly not the weakest character but she is far from the strong ones)
