To be honest it should depend mostly on the model since Jack-8 is clearly the strongest Jack and rest models are obviously weakers. I will take into account my hypothetical and highballed version of Jack since Tekken shows the exploits of our robot in a very strange way.

Inteligence - 1 (Should be way more due to his robotic stuff and being superior model to Alisa but Jack doesn't seem to be smart thing after all)

Strength - 10 (Should be the strongest Tekken character in terms of physical strength if we remove Mishimas his much weaker model was able to destroy even a meteorite even though he destroyed his hands i'm pretty sure this Jack model can do that without destroying himself and also should be much stronger than Raven who effortlessly lifted and threw the 80 ton Nancy)

Speed - 8,5 (His weaker model could fly into space in a few seconds. He doesn't look or seem like it but its flying speed can be comparable to Alisa although slower it also has a Terraforming Cannon that can most likely shoot at a speed comparable to the speed of light although his massive body can sometimes make his punches slower)

Durability - 10 (Jack-8 is bulletproof so any weapon won't even damage him. His much weaker version was able to take a satellite beam that could destroy a mountain and not suffer any damage. I don't think he took any damage in the fight with Alisa, Lili and Asuka he just turned off)

Power - 8 (Jack-8 model received an energy projecton which significantly increased his power. He is able to defend and create barriers enough powerful to knock down Alisa, attack in the form of a projectile with his Terraforming Cannon or enhance his firsts with this power. He can also amplify these energy through his Gamma Howl, making it red and more powerful)

Combat Skills - 10 (Despite his low intelligence he perfectly combines his brutal fighting style and android stuff and was created specifically for this purpose. He can also copy other people movesets as we saw in his ending when he copied Lee and Steve moves and even later Alisa spam bomb)

Overall rate - 7,91 (Jack would be a perfect warrior if only he had some awareness and greater intelligence because he would perfectly use his monstrous strength, power and great speed despite his body)

I’mma go with Jack-2 (my favorite of all JACKs)!

Intelligence — 8/10 (seems good in both wisdom and intelligence)

Strength — 10/10 (His extreme strength can make us drop our jaws!)

Speed — 9/10 (He is literally one of the fastest fighters, along with Alisa Bosconovitch, Julia Chang, Hwoarang, and Kazuya Mishima)

Durability — 9/10 (Good in durability. Doesn’t get tired during a single fight.)

Power — 8/10 (He sports a lot of great power.)

Combat Skills — 10/10 (Has great combat skills!)

Agility — 5/10 (Worse when it comes to agility than it looks.)

Courage — 10/10

Overall, I would give Jack-2 a score of 9/10.

Jack is very underrated
