Would like to see he's Town Level so between Large Building and Mountain Level but his luck might put him on Mountain Level or above due to fightning Jin so

They stalemate most of the times but i'm pretty sure Jin held back all the time. Mishimas at full power can be Country Level beings and even more with Devil Gene and various power ups i don't think any normal character can compete.

I would consider him Mountain Level since he had fought Jin.
