Well, what would you say for Otoma=Raga? She is a goddess of creation and can bend the very fabric of the universe. She would beat every Tekken character. But if we lean on the strongest characters such as Angel Jin, True Devil Kazuya, Jinpachi Mishima, Reina, Azazel, Ancient Ogre and even Heihachi Mishima, that remains to be determined.

She should most likely still be able to beat them. The number one Tekken character is Angel Jin and he should be maybe at Planet Level definitely above Devil Jin who is well above Continent Level (durning his T8 ending) unless they start some kind of thread with the Ogre's that there will be something above them since they can possible be from outer space or something. The non-canon version of Angel and Unknown may also be above Angel Jin because it seems to have her own dimension Heavenly and Fallen Garden (after you beat Ogre in TTT2 you enter the dimension where you fight Jun who later transforms into Unknown) and Unknown can completely influence it in TTT2 during her transformation.

I can think of a ton of other characters that could beat majority of Tekken characters: Verse, Orochi, Team Awakened Orochi, Goenitz, Duo Lon, Isla, Shun’ei and others.

Four Heavenly Kings should be able to beat most of the cast maybe excpet for Mishimas and powerful beings so pretty sure SNK might be stronger. They definitely have better abilities since most Tekken cast apart for Ki didn't have anything.

I like to see F.A.N.G as very powerful fighter and he was supposed to be really tough but he after all was more scheming and teasing than he was an actual threat Karin was able to defeat him. Maybe he will return i would like to see him in more badass way like some of his arts with A.K.I shows him.
