So I’ve recently bought Tekken the motion picture animated film and Blood Vengeance off from eBay. And I’ve thought a lot about the Williams sisters. Regardless of whether people like, dislike or hate Nina, she’s still entertaining to watch especially when it comes to her fight scenes. Same goes for Anna, she’s definitely entertaining to watch whenever she appears on screen.
Who else besides me hated that Anna got killed off in Tekken Motion Picture animated film? If I were in the tournament and were in that forest stage, I would’ve saved Anna from getting devoured by the 🦖 . That to me would’ve been a hell of lot better and it would make the Anna fans happy.
In Blood Vengeance (which is one of the most underrated and under appreciated films) My reasons for liking the film was the animation quality, The fight scenes and the choreography. Could the whole plot of the film have been done better? My answer to that would be yes and there wouldn’t have been much hatred towards Blood Vengeance. It’s literally the fact that the Jin and Kazuya fans were letdown over the fact that they’ve gotten less screen time and that Xiaoyu and Alisa had gotten more screen time. I think that’s why people didn’t like it very much. But I for one didn’t mind it much that Xiaoyu and Alisa were in the film and I love their interactions with each other, so I was perfectly fine with it. As for Nina and Anna in the film, I like how the film started with them having a fight scene, especially with their interactions as well even if it was short.
I hope in the future that if there’s ever going to be a next Tekken animated film, please let it be Anna & Nina as the MCs and flesh them out on their backstory involving their dad (Richard Williams). So that we as an audience understand what led to them hating each other. I pretty much want to see it given to the fact that both Nina and Anna are my favorite female characters. I’d be lying if I said I never liked either of them, no I love them a lot.
