Mine are
1.Alisa (My favorite character + she deserves way better moment in main story despite being very important character)
2.Yoshimitsu (Kinda same like Alisa minus him being that important but his origin makes him one of most mysterious characters and it would be cool to know him more)
3.Raven (Such awesome character who was like tritagonist in Tekken 6 replaced by Master Raven and Victor)
4.Zafina (They treat her like trash despite having an interesting roots and story related to Azazel)
5.Either Jinpachi or Kazumi (But i would say Kazumi since both are Mishimas and was treaten almost like Zafina in series but Jinpachi at least was an actual boss in Tekken 5 unlike Kazumi who was which turned out so poorly that she got replaced by guest...)
Let's continue and end the list
10. Claudio Serafino
Master of his exorcism sorcery strong enough to match Heihachi his arts can deal serious damage to Devils even as strong as True Devil Kazuya and can fire such powerful attacks like Spear Of Kephalos which i'm pretty sure can take down everyone i placed below him. He can fight close and in distance, he can also trap someone in his chains enough powerful that it takes Kazuya some time to break it so Claudio is incredibly powerful. (he possibly should be higher)
9. Eliza
She's only there because she was supposed to be Claudio rival, Regularly fight with Archers of Sirius even not in her best shape even though her vampire powers are gone she can still release dark waves, fly or trap an opponent and efficiently manipulate her energy as well as heal herself from sleep or drinking blood. I'm pretty sure full awaken Eliza will be stronger than Claudio but unfortunately they made her joke character.
8. Jun Kazama
I may have a bad assumption but it seems to me that Kazama purification powers can suprass Claudio sorcery especially someone as skilled as Jun like she actually boosted Jin to be equal or even slightly above to True Devil Kazuya. Jun also beat Ogre back then. There is not much known about her but from Kazuya's words we can assume that she was pretty strong and it's hard to impress that person. Kazama Essence may be the best counter and one of the strongest power that can match Devil Gene.
7. Kazumi Mishima
Why Kazumi is that high? Because she was sure she can destroy the world with her Devil Gene power. She was also trained by Jinpachi and managed to use some pseudo electric abilities like other Mishimas have and she was also rival to Heihachi she lost to him most likely because she didn't want to kill him and Heihachi is insanely strong so losing with him isn't something you could be ashamed of. She has all powers other Devil Gene users have like shooting lasers using telekinesis or other stuff. So basically she was trained by strongest characters and have strongest power ever existed in the universe.
6. Jinpachi Mishima
Strongest fist the person who trains Heihachi and Kazumi and the original Mishima was trapped by Heihachi because he probably couldn't face him yet. Jinpachi also trains young Kazuya their martial arts which he later developed. upon his return he was possessed by an unknown demon who at that time could only be stopped by Jin in. Main protagonist managed to defeat Jinpachi but he didn't really want to fight him what can we see in his ending where he cries and regrets his actions he performed while he was under demon control. Jinpachi also has some of his demon forms and also can use fire based powers along with his electric Mishima gens even without being possesed. It's unknown how truly strong he was but i feel like every Mishima suprasses him already.
5. Lars Alexandersson
The main protagonist of Tekken 6, the guy defeated literally the entire roster (except for Julia, Lei and Zafina) and faced Jin, Kazuya twice and Heihachi once. Lars also beats Azazel but couldn't kill him because only Devil Gene can do that. Lars has nearly infinite stamina due to traveling all the time fightning dozens of enemies and facing Kazuya, Azazel, Alisa and Jin one after another without getting out of breath. In Tekken 8 he was also able to give good fight to True Devil Kazuya and even give him PTSD of Heihachi. Most similar to Heihachi, Lars also doesn't have Devil Gene and seems to rely more on his electric powers which he can use at such a range that he can even send lightning after his attacks.
4. Heihachi Mishima
Strongest ''normal'' character in this game. No devil powers, magic and other stuff only his Mishimas electric genes. He was always deal with Devil Gene users starting with Kazumi. Heihachi always was equal or maybe even little above to Kazuya since he most likely lost against him in Tekken 1 because of Devil Gene and beat him in Tekken 2 he also makes Jin to use his Devil Gene against him where he beat Kazuya without it in Tekken 4. In Tekken 7 he even managed to face Super Devil Kazuya and knock him out of his form despite being weaker but was ultimately beaten. He came back stronger in Tekken 8 by his traning with Tekken Monks most likely suprassing Lars and capable of casually headbutting metor and beating all the Tekken Monks, Lidia, Eddy and Yoshimitsu at once. Like Lars he relies more on electric abilities capable of sending thunder from the sky with his punches.
3. Reina
An unknown woman who is in no way inferior to the rest of the Mishima in terms of strength and skills. She has Mishima electric abilities so he is most likely related with them or he just has Mishimas genes she may be also related with Hachijo members because she has Devil Gene powers same as other users. Reina is strong enough to tower in the fight with Jin even though he was weakened but later we can see her being able to face True Devil Kazuya like Lars did altrough she lose she did good so i would assume that Reina and Lars are equal maybe Lars is slightly better because of his experience but... Reina has devil form at the end of Tekken so she's most likely above Lars and i think Heihachi too because of that.
2. Kazuya Mishima
As the next Mishima is the pinnacle of strength and he is the main boss of the last part of the game he fought and defeated people like Heihachi in the past, Devil Jin and Azazel while using his own power but after he possesed Azazel he beats Lars and Reina as well as barely being scratched by combined forces of Alisa, Hwoarang, Lee, Victor and the other two Mishimas (if we assume Reina is Mishima) initially without much paying attention. True Devil Kazuya is strong enough to make his strength cover half of planet when he fought Angel Jin. His powers are the same as the rest of the Devil Gene users except he now has Azazel's powers so he can use his crystal abilities. He will be obviously strongest character if Angel Jin doesn't appear.
1. Jin Kazama
Our main protagonist already from the moment of his debut in Tekken 3 doing impressive things such as beating Ogre who was powerful enough to face Heihachi. He also defeats Kazuya and Heihachi in Tekken 4 as well as Jinpachi in Tekken 5. In Tekken 6 he also beats Azazel but both ended up barely alive after that fight. In Tekken 8, he initially lost his shape and even though according to Claudio his devil is stronger than Kazuya devil he lost the fight to him, later he also lost to Reina and even to someone like Hwoarang or Leroy who, despite being inhumanly strong, are normal people, however he defeated them all (although Reina probably did not take it seriously) after visiting Yakushima he accepted his Devil Gene and mixed it with his Kazama gene, thanks to which he was able to combine the powers of the demon with the puficiation Kazama powers thanks to which he was able to face True Devil Kazuya however it was not enough because of which he unlocked a new even stronger form called Angel Jin which finally helped him defeat True Devil Kazuya. Jin also he can use both Kazama and Mishima styles and all the powers associated with his genes and combined it as he used huge light lasers and also chains that are unique to his devil. Jin in his Angel form was able to cover half of planet with his blows when he fought with True Devil Kazuya. Angel Jin has good counter against True Devil Kazuya because of Kazama powers, is slightly stronger devil and slightly better fighter so he is truly indeed strongest character in Tekken.
Thanks for reading and Sorry for editing it some times.
His general hostility (during Tekken 5) is just attributed to the possessing spirit, during WW2 he made ammunition for war, he is said to have regretted this and having changed and becoming a pacifist, but these things even before his resurrection made it seem that either this spirit had already possessed him before or that he has some mental trait that makes him lose and gain consciousness. Probably that makes him more of a tragic character than a villain, but it raises questions.
The 3 things that make me question it even more is that in Tekken Tag Tournament 2, when he definitely does no longer have his evil form (and the game isn't part of the main story but it's a what-if) he is not rarely hostile to others, calling them insignificant worms and when he says "show me what you can do" he uses a hostile second-person pronoun, kisama, and the third, which raises even more questions: Heihachi.
Besides being evil like he is and trying to kill his son multiple times, including in his childhood, he imprisoned his father and made him starve to death which is easily assumed to be made out of greed and seeing Jinpachi and his rules as an obstacle to his ambitions. But the question remains: why is Heihachi like that? It's never explained, and while in fiction you can do whatever you want, the rule of thumb is that no one is born evil, becoming like that due to trauma. (In Tekken, we see that in multiple characters - Kazuya, Anna and even Nina, who doesn't seem to have been directly abused but her father educated her to be a merciless assassin and was disappointed with Anna for not wanting it). Back to Heihachi, we know nothing about his mother (unless Harada has tweeted something I didn't see) but we know some tendencies of his father and the way he killed him.
He is able to bond and is close to Kazuya and Wang. But even then, in Wang's ending in TTT2, when they are having that funny reunion with maybe-dead characters and Ganryu, Jinpachi starts commenting about how unpopular Wang is and how no one is interested in playing with him, only stopping when the Doctor Bosconovitch politely redirects the conversation to the idea of living forever and becoming a cyborg. That blurrs the line between friendly insults and being mean.
What do you think?
Let's talk from the beginning. I would make Heihachi a slightly worse guy i mean that warming up his image in Tekken 7 was okay but not if we take into account the whole story.
Kazumi and Jinpachi would hide from Heihachi that she and Kazuya have the Devil Gene because Jinpachi knew that they could try to control it and he would support and accept it unlike Heihachi who furiously beat and throw Kazuya off a cliff for it Kazuya barely survived by awakening his Devil Gene for the first time after which furious Kazumi would attack him after a tiring fight it would turn out that Kazumi was sent by the Hachijo clan to eliminate Mishimas because they are too powerful and influence family but she loved her new family so much that she turned against them however seeing what Heihachi did she decided that she would kill him despite all this Heihachi would still have a remnant of humanity in him and would shed a tear after defeating and killing Kazumi.
Next Heihachi tell Jinpachi about the whole incident and offer him a fight in Hon Maru. Jinpachi, taking Kazumi's side would like to punish Heihachi but as he is an honorable warrior he agrees to fight but Heihachi cheats and uses chains that would weaken Jinpachi (in canon chains had affect on Devil Gene users but in my version it would overall weaken everyone) enough for Heihachi to lock him up where he would die by starving like in canon and why would there be chains there at all? because Jinpachi would weaken Kazumi by using them and that would help her control the Devil Gene.
All of this would be to show that Heihachi was deceived by everyone but he also had such a big thirst for revenge and inner evil that he became what he is known as today and it would also be shown how Heihachi actually defeated Jinpachi by trickery and Kazumi would not come out as such a weakling because Heihachi would go all out against her. He would also inherit the Mishima Zaibatsu from Jinpachi like he kinda did in canon.
Thanks for reading soon i will prepare part 2.

I think that after Heihachi betrayed Jinpachi and overthrew him, he lied to Wang about what happened and after killing Kazuya and throwing him into a volcano, he lied to Jun about what happened to him, what do y’all think?

It's time for grandma.
Kazumi is Heihachi's wife and a member of the Hachijo Clan which is known as the assassin clan with Devil Gene so they are probably strongest clan in the universe which can also be confirmed by the fact that Kazumi was rivals with Heihachi before they fell in love with each other, so she must have had enough strength and talent to at least keep up with him. I bet even in base form and the girl was taught martial arts by Jinpachi. (personally i think that another person from Hachijo's clan and not related to Mishima could be a good villain for the next Tekken game but that's not what i'm talking about here) As a person who was to become a threat to the world possessing Devil Gene and trained by probably strongest (or one of) people in the world and being a rival of his son who had even greater potential she promised to be a really powerful character but was she actually so strong? not necessarily.
In fact she fought against Heihachi which alone should put her high but it was younger Heihachi (which was probably also weaker than he is currently) and i don't think he wanted to kill her because hed a tear after battle and screams her name he was probably concerned about the fact that he had to do it. Personally i like to think Heihachi had to struggle against Kazumi a lot more like he did with Kazuya but not really. Let's also take into account that this Heihachi is probably weaker than the one from Tekken 3 who lost to Ogre, whom Paul (basically an ordinary person) defeated (the only thing that can be said in defense of Ogre is that Heihachi weakened Ogre and Paul only finished him off but still should be likely stronger than Kazumi) so Kazumi is quite weak in comparison. For me Kazumi as someone with such impressive power should be far stronger than likes of Paul for me her base form should be comparable or superior to Paul and definitely should in Devil form force Heihachi to really go all out. I don't mind that Heihachi wins this battle because the guy is really strong but at least she should give him really tough battle.
As for her tier
This is her scale according to story events
Normal Mokujin = base form
Silver Mokujin = Devil form
Base Kazumi it's hard to say how strong she is but she's definitely somewere around low, mid and high tier which could put it even lower even Kuma II... a character who should be world threat...
and this is the level i would give her myself
In my opinion Kazumi should be around that strong since she rivals Heihachi from the beginning so she should be comparable to other Mishimas and as for her Devil Gene form we have seen (although mainly non canon when Devil Gene users could actually be a threat to the entire world and a person with such impressive things like Kazumi should defiintely be among the strongest characters in series and no ordinary human or animal (for Tekken verse) should be able to surpass such character.
(Part 4 will be about Jack)
Because i like the Tekken universe i was wondering why scaling doesn't suit me that much in this game and it's actually not bad at all but there are a few characters to whom i would give some buffs and nerfs and some things should be exploited more such as KI but today i would like to focus on characters who would get a buff for me.
I made my tierlist about the different strength levels in the Tekken verse
And today we are going to talk about
Jinpachi oldest Mishima known member, man who was originally called Strongest Fist and taught both Kazumi and Heihachi how to fight and this alone should definitely put him incredibly high already he should be at least comparable to his son, grandson and great-grandson in their base forms and all of them could have surpassed him but Jinpachi should still stay insanely strong. He was also possessed by a vengeful spirit and gained incredible supernatural powers which i guess should have put him even higher maybe on Devil Kazuya and Devil Jin level meanwhile base Jin was needed only to defeat him and it was said outright that Jinpachi was ''no match'' for Jin which is a bit unfair for him (unless Jinpachi didn't fight all the way because he wanted to rest and be eliminated) so i would honestly like to bet possesed Jinpachi at least above base Mishima members while he truly is below them.
Actually and I wonder if characters like Hwoarang could defeat him and if i were to write the plot even though i like Hwoarang i wouldn't see a logical point of view why he could beat Jinpachi except that he is somehow able to compete with Jin that's why i'd rather put Jinpachi far above Hwoarang.
Normal Mokujin i marked Jinpachi level which I think he would get according to everything that happened during the game and silver Mokujin shows his level that i would give him by myself and should get by lore.
Sorry for such a confusing post but I wanted to show it in my own way if you guys like it i will make part 2.
