Jinpachi Mishima
At first, I am impressed by how Kazuya helped him in Tekken 2.
When they meet in Tekken 5, he says "it has been a while" but he can be heard using the pronoun "kisama" (something like "you bastard"), and the interaction is just competitive. When it ends, Bruce even says it was pathetic.
And in the Scenario Campaign, when you go to Bruce, he often seems to be displeased with working with Kazuya, saying he is toxic, and that he'd rather work with the guards instead of following him.
I don't know, if he were no longer in the picture Hwoarang or his intros or endings would have said something. He focuses on Jin and playing around (even with Bryan)
I heard that Hwoarang has more stripes in his belts which means that he is a master now. Perhaps Baek is retired. But I'd still like to see him again in the DLCs or the later games.
His general hostility (during Tekken 5) is just attributed to the possessing spirit, during WW2 he made ammunition for war, he is said to have regretted this and having changed and becoming a pacifist, but these things even before his resurrection made it seem that either this spirit had already possessed him before or that he has some mental trait that makes him lose and gain consciousness. Probably that makes him more of a tragic character than a villain, but it raises questions.
The 3 things that make me question it even more is that in Tekken Tag Tournament 2, when he definitely does no longer have his evil form (and the game isn't part of the main story but it's a what-if) he is not rarely hostile to others, calling them insignificant worms and when he says "show me what you can do" he uses a hostile second-person pronoun, kisama, and the third, which raises even more questions: Heihachi.
Besides being evil like he is and trying to kill his son multiple times, including in his childhood, he imprisoned his father and made him starve to death which is easily assumed to be made out of greed and seeing Jinpachi and his rules as an obstacle to his ambitions. But the question remains: why is Heihachi like that? It's never explained, and while in fiction you can do whatever you want, the rule of thumb is that no one is born evil, becoming like that due to trauma. (In Tekken, we see that in multiple characters - Kazuya, Anna and even Nina, who doesn't seem to have been directly abused but her father educated her to be a merciless assassin and was disappointed with Anna for not wanting it). Back to Heihachi, we know nothing about his mother (unless Harada has tweeted something I didn't see) but we know some tendencies of his father and the way he killed him.
He is able to bond and is close to Kazuya and Wang. But even then, in Wang's ending in TTT2, when they are having that funny reunion with maybe-dead characters and Ganryu, Jinpachi starts commenting about how unpopular Wang is and how no one is interested in playing with him, only stopping when the Doctor Bosconovitch politely redirects the conversation to the idea of living forever and becoming a cyborg. That blurrs the line between friendly insults and being mean.

Alright Tekken 8 could possibly have it's own guest character just like it's previous predecessor, but Tekken 7 have 4 guest that is Negan from the walking dead, Akuma from street fighter and Geese Howard from KOF, finally noctis from final fantasy, which is pretty cool but the number is just meh to me in my opinions, (no offensive tho)
Btw for those who don't know who are these guys in the list??
They are
Rugal from KOF (left side)
Concrete man from MegaMan (front side)
Alex from street fighter 3 (Right side)
Azrael from DC universe (down left side)
Vigilante from peacemaker series and also DC universe (down front side)
Block man also from MegaMan (down right side)
So btw this is just prediction and it may not be 100% correct when harada have planning to added any guest character in the game

Now Jun Kazama is officially back, there is hope that Jin, her son, will be able to return to the light, since he, like his father and grandfather are in the dark side. Jun will save Jin. What about Kazuya? Well, the same could not be said for him, it's highly unlikely he'll return to the light.
