Akio Ōtsuka (大塚 明夫 Ōtsuka Akio) is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Jack-2 in Tekken: The Motion Picture, while also serving as the film's narrator.
Outside the series, his notable roles include Solid Snake in all of his main appearances in the Metal Gear series, and Wamuu from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, as well as acting as the dub actor for the likes of Samuel L. Jackson, Steven Seagal, and Nicolas Cage.
