Beau Billingslea is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Lukas Hayes in Death by Degrees and Leroy Smith in all of his in-game appearances (Tekken 7 and Tekken 8).
Billingslea is also known for voicing Jet Black from the anime Cowboy Bebop, and Ay, the Fourth Raikage from Naruto Shippuden.
