Doctor Bosconovitch is an elderly scientist with blue eyes and wispy gray hair around the sides of his head, leaving the top bald, and bushy eyebrows. He also wears spectacles and is typically seen wearing lab coats over smart suits.
Tekken 3[]
Player 1 outfit:
Doctor Bosconovitch wears a white lab coat over a blue shirt and khaki green pants fastened with a brown belt. He also wears brown shoes and an orange tie, as well as his gold-rimmed spectacles. In combat, he carries a small black handheld device bearing a square-shaped red light and a short brown antenna.
Player 2 outfit:
Doctor Bosconovitch now wears a pair of long navy blue shorts with a red waistband and scrolling white decorations at the bottom over a suit of gold armor, an outfit very similar to Yoshimitsu's Tekken 3 Player 1 outfit. He also wears his spectacles and silver gauntlets, while the device he carries now has a wavy gold antenna with a red bulb on the end.

Preset B outfit:
A palette swap of his Player 1 outfit, Doctor Bosconovitch wears a black lab coat over a white shirt and tan pants fastened with a brown belt. He also wears brown shoes and a striped blue tie, as well as his gold-rimmed spectacles.
Preset C outfit:
Doctor Bosconovitch's Preset C outfit is the Wii U exclusive Fox McCloud outfit (shared with Baek Doo San, Lee Chaolan, Hwoarang, and Steve Fox). Bosconovitch has large orange-brown fox ears coming out of his hair, and a cut off white flight jacket with the sleeves rolled up, over a pea-green zip-up top. Beneath this is a black top and a red neckerchief. He wears a solid metal black and white belt, and pea-green pants tucked into futuristic articulated white and gray knee-high boots. He also wears short gray gloves.
- Swimsuit: Doctor Bosconovitch's swimsuit DLC is one of the few that differs to the fundoshi worn by the majority of the male characters; instead, he wears a vintage bathing suit available in three color schemes - blue and white, green and black, or orange and pale green.
