Rock 'n Roll Circus, also known as Cheerful Ball Up in Japan, is a throw used by Kuma II and Panda since their debuts in Tekken 3.
Since Tekken 5, if the throw is performed with the user's back at the wall, the opponent will crash into it, but falls directly on the user and deals damage.
In Tekken Tag Tournament, the throw is tag bufferable.
