Héctor Garay is a Basque voice actor from País Vasco who has provided the speaking voice for Miguel Caballero Rojo from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 onwards. Miguel's in-fight sounds, however, are reused voice clips from Tekken 6, and thus are from his previous voice actor, Liam O'Brien.
Garay is also known for being the Spanish-language dub voice for actor and former professional American basketball player Shaquille O'Neal.

- Garay provides the voice of Carlos Oliveira in the Spanish-language dub of the Resident Evil 3 remake. Carlos and Miguel also share physical similarities such as their hair color and style, facial hair, and physical build.
