Human Cannonball is a throw used by Hwoarang since Tekken 3 and by Baek since Tekken Tag Tournament. Since Tekken 5, Baek has also been able to do this throw from Flamingo, while Hwoarang would similarly gain the ability to perform it from Left Flamingo in Tekken 7 before gaining the ability to perform from all his stances in Tekken 8.
From Tekken 6 to Tekken 7, the throw could also trigger a Floor Break, but this property was removed in Tekken 8.
Since the throw's introduction, Hwoarang and Baek have had special tag throws with each other using Human Cannonball in both Tekken Tag Tournament and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. In Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Hwoarang also uses Human Cannonball to initiate a tag throw with Steve Fox.
