Isshin Chiba (千葉 一伸 Chiba Isshin?) is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Jin Kazama in all of his appearances since Tekken 3, and Devil Jin (Tekken 5 and onwards). He also voiced Jin in the Japanese dub of the Tekken live-action movie.
Chiba is also known for voicing Sean Matsuda from the Street Fighter series, and Kyosuke Kagami in the Rival Schools series, as well as having voice roles in various anime.
