*Kazumi speaks with extreme formality, comparable to an aristocratic, even Victorian-style idiolect in English. In some of her in interactions she speaks with centuries-old forms (o-tano moushimasu - a form of greeting usually reserved for Samurai and warriors). With high, but non-stilted formality in others (oshiete sashiagemasu), and an unexpectedly high level of formality to her family members (-nodesu forms to her own son). With her tiger, she speaks to it as though it were a personal pet. Some of her voicelines have a kind, motherly-like tone to them - with her ensuring that her opponent is ready and properly prepared for a fair fight.
The line - (相容れない運命なのです Ai irenai unmei nano desu") - This fate is unbearable! - literally means '[This is] a mutually exclusive fate!' but contextually means 'I can't do this, this isn't me!' This is presumably referencing her personal turmoil about her unmei (destiny/fate) to kill Heihachi and Kazuya, and her personal love for them.
