Kevin Michael Richardson is an American actor and voice actor. He voiced Heihachi Mishima in Soulcalibur II.
Richardson's notable roles include Captain Gantu from Lilo and Stitch, Cleveland Jr. from The Cleveland Show and Family Guy, and the Joker in The Batman (2004).
