  • This article details the outfits of King (TK -TK2). For the outfits of his successor (TK3 - TK7), see King II/Outfits.

King was introduced in Tekken and also appeared in Tekken 2. King was replaced by King II from Tekken 3 onward, following his death at the hands of Ogre. King is a muscled wrestler with a bulky build, light brown skin, and short, black, curly hair. He is clean shaven, though his face is usually concealed under a golden spotted jaguar mask with a white fur facial markings and throat.

Tekken[]

Player 1 oufit:
King is shirtless and wears black wrestling trunks on top of blue tights with black elbow pads, gray wristbands, gray knee-pads and black wrestling boots.

Player 2 outfit:
In the arcade version of Tekken, King wears a white long sleeved button-up shirt with a red and white checkered neck tie, red suspenders, red matching pants and black dress shoes. He does not wear gloves in this outfit.

In the home console version of Tekken, King's pants and suspenders are recolored white and his shirt is blue.

  • King wears this outfit in his ending, along with a brown trenchcoat over the top.

Tekken 2[]

Player 1 outfit:

King's Player 1 outfit remains mostly the same, but he gains black gloves with white studs on the back and a yellow design on his tights.

Player 2 outfit:

The sleeves of King's button shirt are now folded up and his shoes are brown. He retains his black gloves from his Player 1 outfit.

In both the arcade and console opening he wears this outfit without the mask; his face, however, isn't visible.

  • King wears a brown trench coat over this outfit in his ending.
  • His successor King II can be customized his iconic Player 2 outfit in Tekken 7's console version (PS4 only) and his Legacy costume in Tekken 8.
