Kugai Dachi is a move used by Reina since her debut in Tekken 8.
Description[]
Reina steps forward with her right foot then performs a 'Yama-tsuki' (山突き). This is a double punch, with one hand jabbing (oi-zuki) to head height and the other punching simultaneously in a reverse punch that stops short to target the gut (ura-tsuki). The move is a Power Crush.
