Marshall appears to have a short black hair with a full fringe. In the first Tekken, his eyes are green, but in Tekken 2 and onwards the color of his eyes are brown. He is based on the legendary martial artist and actor, Bruce Lee.
Tekken[]
Player 1 outfit:
Marshall wears a yellow tracksuit with "LAW MARSHALL" on the front and an "03 IRON FIST" logo on the back and white sneakers. This outfit is based on what Bruce Lee wears in Game of Death, and is only in the arcade version.
In the home edition, he wears a black jacket and yellow pants with the aforementioned white sneakers.
Player 2 outfit:
He is shirtless and wears black track arts pants and black Chinese kung fu shoes and white socks. He also wears black wristbands.
Tekken 2[]
Player 1 outfit
Law's Player 2 outfit is largely identical to his 2P outfit from Tekken, however, he wears a red sash and loses the black wristbands.
Player 2 outfit:
Law's Player 2 outfit consists of a sleeveless yellow-gold jumpsuit with a black, sleeveless undershirt, a black sash around his middle, a single red wristband with black trim around his right arm, and his black toe shoes and white socks from his primary outfit.
- This outfit resembles Son Goku's main outfit in the Dragon Ball franchise.
Tekken 3[]
Marshall is not a playable character in this game but he appears in both the console opening and his son's ending. He has gained a mustache since his last appearance in Tekken 2.
In the console version, he wears a white, short sleeved, double breasted chef's coat with eight black buttons buttons, white pants, and black shoes.
In his son's ending before beginning to train, he is seen wearing a white tank top and red sash, with his pants not being clearly shown. Later, he changes into his primary outfit from Tekken 2.
Tekken 4[]
Player 1 outfit:
He is shirtless, and wears golden yellow drawstring pants with a black line going up each side surrounded by two, thinner white lines. He also wears a pair of red and white sneakers with white laces and brown soles, and a red sash tied at his left hip. Law regains his black wristbands from Tekken 1, this time with small silver buckles.
Player 2 outfit:
Law's Player 2 outfit consists of a white, long sleeved tangzhuang suit with matching white pants and blue and black kung fu shoes with white soles. The cuffs, collar, and hem of his jacket have a blue trim. The back of his jacket also has a blue and red dragon motif.
Tekken 5/Dark Resurrection[]
Player 1 outfit:
Marshall wears an updated version of his Tekken 2 primary outfit. His pants gain golden dragon designs on both sides, his wristbands now have spiked metal studs, and he maintains the long red sash from his primary outfit in Tekken 4. In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, the color of his pants is blue green, and his sash is now yellow ochre.
Player 2 outfit:

In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, the fasteners of his white tangzhuang shirt are now blue, his pants are now black instead of white, and the tops of his shoes are gray instead of blue.
Player 3 outfit:
Law's Player 3 outfit consists of an off-white, long sleeved shirt with two buttons at the collar. With this, he wears black suspenders with gold fasteners which are connected to brown pants. With this outfit, Law wears black shoes and a brown flat cap.
Tekken 6/Bloodline Rebellion[]
Marshall shaves his mustache but retains his outfits from Tekken 5 with minor changes.

His Swap Costume is based on El Fuerte, His pants are now pale blue with yellow and red geometric Chinese thunder designs down the outside and a white, circular Chinese design on his kneepads representing happiness. His Chinese toe shoes are replaced with matching pale blue combat boots. He also dons a luchador mask with the same symbol for happiness on his forehead.
Alternate Costume:
Law's alternate costume is based on Sun Wukong. He wears a large, round, gold gorget with a red sash underneath that has gold linings and a gold dragon design along the length. The sash goes over a large golden belt and underneath a gray rope belt tying down both the sash and the golden belt. On his left arm he wears a green pauldron with gold trim and light green tassels, and on the right he wears a matching green metal arm band with gold trim and gold designs. On each side of his waist is a green and gold fauld. Law also wears the black pants from his primary outfit modified to have white panels on the outer sides surrounded with gold trim. He has a gold circlet on his forehead and wears dark red gauntlets on each arm tied at the wrists with rope. A staff can be seen hanging on his back.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2[]

Player 1 outfit:
Law maintains his Player 1 outfit from previous games, but in Tekken 7, the pants are now yellow with bronze dragon designs along the sides, and his sash is now black. He retains his black shoes, white socks, and black, spiked wristbands.
Player 2 outfit:
Law's Player 2 outfit is a palette swap of his Player 1 outfit. His pants are now red, but the other aspects of his outfit such as the dragon design, sash, shoes, and spiked wristbands remain the same color as they are in his Player 1 outfit.
Aside from his Player 1 and Player 2 outfits, Law has 7 preset outfits that can be chosen or made via the customization screen, and a gold metallic outfit that is unlocked only by purchasing Tekken 7's Season Pass 1 DLC.

Player 1 outfit:
In the official gameplay story trailer and his CGI render, Law is shown to have an updated outfit consisting of black pants with gold lines down the outer side of each pant leg, and gold and red dragon embroidery on the upper left leg and lower right leg. There are black wraps around his waist connected to a thickly-braided red rope which hangs loosely around his right leg, as well as smaller red rope tied around his right thigh just above his knee, and a faded, dark red fabric around his left leg above the knee. Law also wears two black, leather belts with large silver buckles. Around his arms from the hands to the upper arm, Law wears off-white and red wraps which are tied with red rope. With this outfit, Law is shown wearing black and yellow sneakers with black wrapping around the left sneaker, as well as a necklace with a round, silver pendant. Law also equips a black holster where he keeps his nunchaku.
- The sneakers Marshall wears are similar to company Onitsuka Tiger's Mexico 66 style sneakers, which Bruce Lee was rumored to have worn on the set of Game of Death. Sneakers of this style also made an appearance for Marshall's son, Forest's, Tekken 3 Player 3 outfit.

Tekken: Bloodline[]
Law makes a brief cameo in Tekken: Bloodline, participating in the third Iron Fist Tournament. In this appearance, Law wears his Player 1 outfit from Tekken 5 with a very minor difference: the spikes on his wristbands are replaced with silver, metal eyelets.
