Medicern (stylized in their logos as "MEDiCERN", with all capital letters and a lowercase "i") are a pharmaceutical wing of G Corporation, one of the main corporations in the Tekken series. They are a brand that operate under G Corporation, apparently specializing in the creation and distribution of medical and pharmaceutical supplies. Their motto, as seen in Tekken 6 is “We illuminate the world with the power of science”.
Medicern are based in a series of underground laboratories which feature in the Tekken 5 side game Devil Within. In the game, Jin Kazama must fight through the laboratories, which feature Medicern’s name on many of the doors and crates found there. The nature of the laboratories suggest that Medicern also undertake human experimentation and cloning, and that their experimentation subjects, which may have included Kazuya Mishima, undergo psychological probing in these laboratories.
Whilst it is unknown how much of Devil Within is canon, the name "Medicern" does appear outside of the Tekken 5 side game, noticeably in the Tekken 6 stage City After Dark. It features on a rolling billboard display near the pagoda-roofed gate, where the company’s motto is displayed next to it.

- The name 'Medicern' is likely a pun on 'medicine'.
- Medicern’s logo also appears on crates that are labelled “JKs”, suggesting they are also responsible for the distribution of G Corp’s JACK robots.
- Medicern have two different logos, though both feature a similar theme. The first appears more like a 3 pointed blade and is on the doors of their laboratories, whilst the second is triquetra of interlaced arcs appearing on their supply crates.
- Their triquetra logo is also printed on the concrete floor of the JACK boss stage of Devil Within.
- The triquetra logo appears on the floor of the nursery-laboratory where clone Heihachi is fought in Devil Within. Readable underneath the logo is 'We illuminate the world'.
- The three-pointed blade logo is on the side of a building lit up blue next to the pagoda-roofed gate in City After Dark. The full motto of the company can be read next to the logo.
- There were rumors that Jun Kazama was alive in a Medicern laboratory.[3]
- Medicern laboratories are built on top of ruins associated with Ogre, and activate the Devil Gene in Devil Gene carriers as a result.
