Namco Game Sound Express VOL.17 Tekken is the arcade soundtrack for the first Tekken. It was released March 25, 1995 in Japan, six days prior to the release of the actual game.
The soundtrack contains the arcade version of background and stage music featured as well as bonus tracks that are not present in the game itself.
Namco Game Sound Express is a series of albums featuring arcade game music by Namco. The 17th volume out of 27 in all is dedicated to Tekken. The 26th volume is devoted to the music of the arcade version of Tekken 2.
