Neutralizer is a parry used by Wang Jinrei from Tekken 5 onwards.
Similar to Jin's Parry, Wang's Neutralizer does not "stun" an opponent like normal parries but allows him to simply avoid an opponent's attack entirely. Notably, Neutralizer will automatically parry succeeding attacks if they follow-up too closely to the earlier hits, but it is possible to interrupt Wang before he can use any of Neutralizer's attacks or block the attacks instead. (e.g: If the player inputs Rose Pique without delaying the last hit, Neutralizer will parry both hits, but if the last hit is delayed, then Neutralizer won't automatically parry it.)
