Paul St. Peter is an American voice actor who voiced Richard Williams in Death by Degrees and Ganryu in Tekken: Blood Vengeance. Aside from Tekken, St. Peter's other works with Bandai Namco are Ace Combat's Seryozha Viktrovich Nikanor and the announcer of Soulcalibur V and Soulcalibur VI.

Peter has voiced numerous characters from anime and non-Tekken video games. Among them include roles such as Leomon in the Digimon series and Kurama in the Naruto series. He is sometimes credited using his alternate pseudonyms George C. Cole, George Z. Cole or Francis C. Cole. He's best known for voicing Xemnas in the Kingdom Hearts series.
