Richard Michael Epcar is an American voice actor and director who commonly features in the English dubs of Japanese video games and anime. He voiced Azazel in the Scenario Campaign cinematics of Tekken 6, as well as the dialogue voice of Geese Howard in Tekken 7. Geese's recurring Japanese actor, Kong Kuwata, still voices him in gameplay.
Epcar also voiced Akuma in Street Fighter V, and has been the voice of Raiden in the Mortal Kombat series since Mortal Kombat (2011).
