Right Kick Combo to Chainsaw Heel is a move used by Hwoarang from Tekken 6 until Tekken 8, where it was removed.
In Tekken 7, the move uses the command that was previously used for Right Kick Combo Low.
The last hit will transition the user to Right Stance.
