Robert "Bob" Richards is an obese American man with short blond hair, blue eyes, and a goatee. As Slim Bob, his appearance is similar in size and weight of the other male fighters.
Tekken 6/Bloodline Rebellion[]
Player 1 outfit:
Bob's primary appearance is a red short sleeved button-up shirt with brown suspenders, blue pants with a black belt around his waist, and black shoes. He also wears black fingerless gloves. This is his primary outfit throughout the series.
Player 2 outfit:
He wears a dark blue denim jacket with a high collar and two zippered pockets on the front over a white, long sleeve button-up shirt with red rose designs, dark blue jeans with zippered back pockets, a black belt with large silver studs along the left and right sides, and brown leather boots.
Bob has four more customizable outfit sets which must be unlocked either via Scenario Campaign or purchased with in-game fight money:
- Gentleman outfit: Bob wears a pinstriped suit jacket with two pockets on each side of the chest and two buttons on his right side over an ill-fitting vest and an ascot around his neck, all of which comes in a variety of colors for the player to choose. In each color variation, the buttons on the vest are always gold and the suspenders are always brown. The bottom portion of this outfit consists of pinstriped trousers and oxford-style dress shoes.
- Hero outfit: Bob wears a protective jacket which comes in a variety of different colors, each of which having a silver breastplate built in with black straps over the shoulders, and black possibly rubber tracks along the arms and the sides. This is worn with pants that have matching tracks along the outer sides and a buckle with a gold plate that has a star embossed on the front, boots reaching mid-calf, elbow-length gloves with a star on the back of each hand, and a mask with a pale gold, reflective visor.
- In Tekken Tag Tournament 2, this outfit becomes a generic customization.
- Hunter outfit: Similar to the "Hero" outfit, the Hunter outfit consists of a jacket, boots that reach mid-calf, and elbow-length gloves. In this outfit, the jacket has gold lines leading from the center of the back and going along each side of the jacket, matching the pattern along the outer side of the pant legs. These gold lines also trail along the arms and up to the built-in shoulder pads. At the front of the jacket is a zip with a gold, circular zipper along with it, and this zip is partially undone as it reaches Bob's upper chest. The belt of this outfit has two gold fasteners at the front. In every color variation, the gloves and boots are black.

Swap Costume:
Bob's Swap Costume is based on Ryu and he wears a white sleeveless gi that has large black kanji on the back and is tied with a white karate belt with purple outlines, a purple sleeveless undershirt, black gi pants and a red headband around his forehead. Bob fights barefoot while wearing this outfit.
Alternate Costume:
Bob wears an outfit similar to Rufus' jumpsuit, but in an Americanized style. He wears a white shirt, fastened with laces down its black-lined opening, and blue pants, fastened with a black belt with a large gold buckle and with red banners decorated with stars running down the outer side of each leg, and black boots and gloves, decorated with silver stars, along with a matching gun holster. This outfit is accessorized with a large blue scarf, which has tassels running down its outer edges, and a blue mask decorated with a red star.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2[]
Bob makes another appearance in Tekken Tag Tournament 2, both in his regular form and as Slim Bob.
Bob[]
Player 1 outfit:

Player 2 outfit:
Bob wears a palette swap of his Player 1 outfit; his shirt is now blue, his pants are beige and the suspenders are recolored black. His gloves and shoes remain unchanged.
Preset B outfit:
Bob's Preset B outfit consists of a black jacket with a high purple collar, purple lines down the outer side of the arms, purple pockets on each side, and purple lines along the zipper at the front. On the left of his chest is purple lettering that reads "Rocksteady Hard Rude Dept". On the back of the jacket is a purple design of two skeletons playing guitars around the words "Harder They Come" with the same wording from the front above them, and the words "FAREAST RULER" underneath them. With the jacket, Bob wears dark purple boxing gloves, blue jeans with dark gray chaps, and black leather shoes.
Preset C outfit:
Bob's Preset C outfit is the Wii U exclusive Mario outfit. It consists of blue denim overalls with large gold buttons as the fasteners over a long sleeved red turtleneck, as well as a red cap with a white circle at the front containing a red "M", oversized brown shoes, oversized white gloves, an oversized skin-colored nose, and a large brown mustache.
Preset D outfit:
Bob's Preset D outfit is his Snoop Lion collaboration outfit. It consists of a white tracksuit with a high neck red collar, red lines down the sleeves, red trim along the zipper, red pockets, and red lines down the outer side of the pant legs. On the left of the chest is an emblem with the Rastafari flag colors containing a gold, stylized lion wearing a crown with matching colors to the emblem and the words "Snoop Lion" above it. On the back of the tracksuit jacket is the same emblem but enlarged to cover the upper back. In this outfit, Bob wears orange jogging shoes with blue accents, white laces, and blue soles.
- Swimsuit: Bob's swimsuit differs from the fundoshi worn by most male characters; instead, Bob wears a similar striped bathing suit to Wang and Ganryu, which is available in three default colors (blue and white, blue and red, and black and purple).

Slim Bob[]
Player 1 outfit:
In his slim form, Bob wears a red tracksuit consisting of a red jacket and matching pants. The jacket has a blue zipper on the front as well as the yellow number "8" above the logo of a Bee with three vertical yellow lines underneath. Starting from the bottom of the hood, the jacket has white lines down the outer side of each arm with a single white star on each shoulder, and a yellow star at the center of the upper back. The hem of the jacket is black and reads "Mr. PERFECT" at the left side. Slim Bob's pants also have white lines down the outer side of each leg, with his right thigh reading "SPEED & WEIGHT" in yellow and six, horizontal yellow lines on the inner side of the right calf. He also wears light blue gloves that are fingerless on all but the thumb which is covered in black fabric, with two yellow lines on the outer side of each glove, black stars on the back surrounded by white, and matching sneakers. Bob can also be seen wearing this outfit in his fat version's Tekken 6 ending.
Player 2 outfit:
Slim Bob's Player 2 outfit is also a palette swap of his Player 1 outfit. His jacket and pants are recolored blue and the blue markings on his gloves and sneakers are recolored yellow.
Preset B outfit:
Slim Bob's Preset B outfit consists of a gray graphic short sleeved t-shirt with the image of a car with flame decals on the front under decorative lettering. With this outfit, Slim Bob wears matching gray boxing gloves with black palms, pale gray-green cargo pants, and matching calf-length boots.
Preset C outfit:
Slim Bob's Preset C outfit is the Wii U exclusive Luigi outfit. It consists of blue denim overalls with large gold buttons as the fasteners over a long sleeved green turtleneck, as well as a green cap with a white circle at the front containing a green "L", oversized brown shoes, oversized white gloves, an oversized skin-colored nose, and a large brown mustache.
- Suit outfit: Slim Bob has an unlockable "Suit" outfit. This consists of a short, red, leather vest with white trim, silver buttons down the front, a high, folded collar, blue accents at the shoulder, black rubber trim around the sleeves holes, and torn fabric just outside of this rubber trim. On his left shoulder Slim Bob wears a silver, metal pauldron with a star engraved into it. Underneath this vest Slim Bob wears a black detached collar, as well as brown leather suspenders which connect to a gold ring at the center of his chest. The suspenders are attached to a black leather belt with a gold buckle and an attached silver codpiece over black and gray striped pants with blue leather faulds that have three white stars and white trim attached to both his thighs. Slim Bob wears metal kneepads which match the codpiece, and around his calves he wears brown, leather gaiters. With this outfit, Slim Bob wears black leather boots with a metal guard at the toes and heel and a black strap over the vamps with silver fasteners at each side. Slim Bob also wears black gloves with white stripes and blue guards on the back, a single blue arm guard on his right arm with three white stars on it, and white wrappings from his wrists to his upper arm.
- In both Bob's and his slim version's Tekken Tag Tournament 2 ending he wears his Super Sentai customization.
Tekken 7/Fated Retribution[]
Player 1 outfit:
In Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, Bob receives a new primary outfit.
He wears a blue short sleeve undone button-up shirt with large red rose designs and a skull design on the right. Underneath this is a white short sleeve button-up shirt which is untucked on the right with a torn edge and tucked in on the left, torn gray jeans with a black belt around his waist and black shoes. One side of Bob's brown suspenders is hanging loose on his right side in this outfit. He maintains the black fingerless gloves from his previous primary outfit in Tekken 6 and wears a gold rosary cross necklace around his neck.
Aside from his Player 1 and Player 2 outfits, Bob has 7 preset outfits that can be chosen or made via the customization screen, and a gold metallic outfit that is unlocked only by purchasing Tekken 7's Season Pass 1 DLC.

- Bob wears a Sentai costume one of his customizations and his ending with his slim version in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 but is white and without a Sentai helmet. This is the "Hunter" customization set in Tekken 6. (3-Star)
As Summer Bob:
Bob now wears his classic vintage swimsuit from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Tekken 7 as the color is yellow and black with a bee logo at the center. The color scheme of his swimsuit resemble the colors of the bumble bee as the bee logo at the center of his swimsuit is the logo from his Tekken 6 Player 1 outfit.
