Screwdriver is King's most damaging listed chain throw and is a part of the Mexican Magma Drive. While Rolling Death Cradle is his most damaging single throw, Screwdriver is preceded by six throws, making it the seventh in a chain and dealing a combined 126 points of damage. The move was introduced in Tekken 5.

Screwdriver is part of the Mexican Magma Drive 2 multi throw chain. King begins by spinning towards his opponent (Jaguar Step). He grabs the opponent from behind and snaps their neck (Cobra Clutch). He then spreads their legs, putting his right leg in front of theirs and their left arm behind his back and pulls backward- snapping their joints (Cobra Twist). He performs a back drop on his opponent slamming their head into the ground (Reverse DDT) then picks them up, links his arms with theirs, puts them on his back and slams them backwards onto the ground two times in succession (Reverse Special Stretch Bomb, DDT). He then lifts the opponent onto his shoulders and slams them headfirst onto the ground (Burning Hammer). Finally he carries the opponent upside down by their neck, jumps high up into the air and performs a Spinning Pile Driver (Screwdriver).

- Characters let out their K.O. scream when hit by Screwdriver, similar to Alisa's Spam Bomb throw.
- Screwdriver is a reference to Zangief's Spinning Piledriver in the Street Fighter series.
- Prior to the move's introduction, King uses the full multi-throw in his Tekken Tag Tournament ending.
