Shingetsusen (真月旋 Shingetsusen?, lit. "True Moon Whirl") is a move used by Heihachi since Tekken 6 until Tekken 7. Jinpachi can also use this move in Tekken Tag Tournament 2, but Jinpachi's larger body turns the attack into a high instead.
Since its introduction, the attack is a homing move, and, since Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, will trigger a Screw and can also cause a Screw if the move hits as a counter.
This attack is replaced by Indra's Kick in Tekken 8.
Description[]
The attack is a spinning hook kick with the user's right leg that knocks the opponent down.
Trivia[]
- The move's Japanese name is likely named after the term shingetsu (新月, lit. new moon), the first month of the lunar calendar.
