Sky Rocket is a move used by Hwoarang in all the Tekken games since his first appearance in Tekken 3 and is a right leg variant of Baek's Rocket Shooter. Beginning in Tekken 4, a safer and stronger version of the move known as either the Lethal Skyrocket or the "Just Frame Sky Rocket" was introduced.
In Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament, the attack notably was not able to get a full launch against larger characters like Ogre and Kuma. During both Tekken Tag Tournament and Tekken Tag Tournament 2, the attack is tag bufferable.
Outside of the main series, Sky Rocket acts as one of Hwoarang's special moves in Street Fighter X Tekken, where the attack also launches him airborne.
