Taketora is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Panda in Tekken: Blood Vengeance as well as Akuma in Street Fighter X Tekken and Tekken 7: Fated Retribution.
Taketora is also known for voicing Dire and Plant in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
