Urban Square is a stage in Tekken 8. It is a daytime version of the Urban Square (Evening) stage.
Description[]
This stage takes place in the midst of a large city square, where the fighters are surrounded by tall buildings with large electronic billboards advertising fictional brands, some of which include Ortiz Coffee, Violet Systems' Combots, and Smith Coffee. The fighting area itself is closed off using mobile, metal fencing, police cars, green traffic cones, cafe tables, large cement planters with tall plants growing from them, booths selling food, drink, and newspapers, and phone booths which can be damaged by the characters. To one side is a large red set of stands where a few spectators are watching the fight. Nearer to the fighters is a sculpture of a hand gripping a globe. On the opposite side of the stage, there is a statue of Leroy Smith next to his dog, Sugar, commemorating his efforts in liberating the city from gang violence.[1]

- The stage is based on the real-life location of Times Square in New York City, but with a few of the buildings modified from their real-life counterparts, including different advertisements on the billboards for fictional companies.
- One of the buildings in the stage is named "Bob Burger". This is likely based on two references, the franchise's character Robert "Bob" Richards, and Fox's animated series Bob's Burgers.
- Multiple images of this stage are used in Tekken 8's endings, and this stage is also used as the location for Nina Williams's character episode.
